a great inspiration, a radio god... you're out of touch with the pay podcast deal.
1. $10. is too much for the podcast... you should have started at $1.99
2. make the first hour free, charge for the second hour.
maybe ¢.99 per day, $2.99 a month $9.99 a year.
not sure how you can go backwards, but you should.
the $10 ticket will assure you zero new fans. your show is great and has unlimited potential... why not act that way?
really love your show so much so I might just try the pay route someday.
