We can clam dig here.

I needed the worlds greatest clam dip recipe... after searching the net and finding a zillion recipes, I combined and added my own spice thoughts and this is what I came up with... and yes, I consider it the worlds greatest clam dip.


-8oz of cream cheese
- 12 oz of canned clams
-1/4 cup clam broth from can
-2 teaspoons lemon juice
-1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
-3 large cloves garlic
-1/2 teaspoon truffle salt
- dash of fresh ground pepper
-2 tablespoons mayo
-2 tablespoons sour cream
-1 tablespoons fresh cut onion
-1/8 teaspoon or more of cayenne pepper
-1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

mix, chill, eat.
